VERY GOOD JOB. Lenney did a great job in my grandmas apartment. It was fast but not too fast. The carpet looked completely new. They even moved the couches.

Hired by my apartment complex. Arrived on time with a friendly crew. Quality work under difficult conditions. Not all the furniture could be moved but they still did an excellent job.

I've never had my carpets or upholstery cleaned. Stanley Steemer really gave me bad service and since my room was already cleared, I called The Magic Wand. They were able to come out the same day.......OMG, the job they did was fantastic! I had the carpet in my bedroom needing done too. The tech arrived exactly on time and did an amazing job on the carpet AND my couch! Their rates were HALF of Stanley Steemer! I will suggest The Magic Wand to anyone and everyone I know should they ever need their services!

They were my savers. I asked to perform cleaning on July 3, right before holiday on Sat. The rest companies were either booked full or didn't pick up the phone. So, they were in time and did a great job. Their prices are reasonable, they were polite and accurate.

Called Magic wand and scheduled an appointment for the following day. they said they would be here at Noon on Thursday.. They arrived At NOON and did an AMAZING job!.. They gave a price up front, cleaned up after themselves, and were in and out quickly. We will definitely be using them the next time we need our carpets cleaned!!

My carpet looked hopeless and I was planning on changing the carpet but decided to get it steam cleaned. Magic Wand was recommended and I setup a cleaning,I feel like a genius because all the stains are gone and the carpet looks great! This guys really good!
